This video shows how to do a ankle hook throw, a shuai jiao technique, where you pull your opponent over your ankle. The left hand grabs the opponents right sleeve and the right hand grabs his neck. Then lift your right foot and slide your flexed ankle down your opponents shin. Do a back step with the left leg and keep your opponent close ( watch the position of the feet in the video ). Don't pause at this position. Kick your right leg forward and pull your opponent back at the same time.
