This video is for those who want to learn the 720 or the 540 whirlwind kick ( xuan feng jiao zhuan ti 540 / 720 ) Before you try this you should learn the whirlwind kick landing on the right leg and it also helps if you can do the butterfly twist.
What's important about extra twists:
1) Keep your upper body vertical during the whole technique ( specially when you jump off )
2) Try to finish the kick before you reach the highest point of the jump.
3) Don't look down to the floor when you are in the air. ( if you bend your head down, you will automatically round your back and slow down the rotation.
4) Close hands and feet ASAP.
5) Turn your head to the left ( after slap )
6) Don't try this on hard ground right away.
Jump into a sand-pit first. For me jumping from half a meter into water worked even better.
