This video shows how to do a shuai jiao back drop. Grab your opponents sleeve with one hand. Then step forward, crouch down and hook your arm around your opponents thigh. Your stance should be wide and stable. Pull your hands together as hard as you can and drop your opponent on his back. The harder you pull his thigh to your chest, the easier it is to make him lose control.

Round-off to backflip with extended knees. When you look close, you will notice that the knees are fully extended, but the ankles are flexed. Looks funny and makes the whole thing kinda unique. The guy doing this is "La Mosca" from pequenosmandingueiros.8m.com. I taped this in La Paz - Bolivia.

Double Back Whip - Shuang Bei Bian

This video shows how to do a double back whip ( shuang bai bian ) to the left side. This technique is used to turn around. At the beginning you do big front swings and after turning around you are doing a big back swings. Doing disparate front and back circles instead of the big double whip chain circles makes the intersections a bit easier. When you turn to the left, the right whip chain goes under your shoulder and the left one passes on the left side of the left arm. Make sure you don't let the left whip circle on the left side more than once ( your chains would hit each other ). Before you try this you should learn the back whip ( bei bian ) with one whip chain. Practice both, left and right side of this technique. This video only shows the left side.
