Double Elbow Back Shot - Wushu Rope Dart
This video shows how to do a double elbow back shot with a wushu rope dart.
First shoot the rope dart to the right and when the dart swings back, let it
pass behind your back. When it swings up at the other side, put your left elbow
under the rope. Then let the dart swing back to the right side, put your right
elbow under the rope, twine it twice around your elbow and do an elbow
back shot.
