Learn how to do a standing lotus kick ( bai tui ). Jump from both legs, do an outside circle kick in the air and land on both legs at the same time ( usually in a horse stance ). Always turn to the right, never to the left. Keep your upper body vertical from the very beginning and don't look down to the floor when you are in the air. For 540 and 720 lotus kicks, close your hand and your feet ASAP. Try to finish the kick before you reach the highest point of the jump. Performed by Yang Jia Le, Lu Peng Cheng and Song Long Yong from the Song Jiang Wushu School. Coach: Wang Guang Ming ( wushu head coach ).
