Back & Front Circles - Wushu Shuangbian

This video shows how to do back & front circles with 2 whip chains ( wushu shuang bian ). Start from a disparate back circle and swing the right whip behind the back and the left one to the right side. Practice each hand separately before you try this technique with both whips at the same time.

Dadao Wuhua - Wushu Pudao

This video shows how to do a wuhua ( five flower ) movement with a wushu pudao. The wuhua movement with the pudao and the wuhua movement with the staff are identical. Keep the stick close to the body, stand upright ( right foot forward ) and look straight forward.

The flying taiji front stretchkick is a taiji difficulty similar to the flying taiji frontkick. Jump from the right leg, kick the right leg, land on the right leg. Before you try this you should learn the flying frontkick like it is practiced in modern wushu and work on your front stretchkick.
