This video is for those who are working on their butterfly kicks/twists with a long weapon ( staff / spear ). Variation 2 is also good for the 3-sectional staff abd both variations are ok fr the pudao. Just watch the video and follow the instructions. My personal training method: Before you try b-twists with a long weapon, you can try it with a long piece of foam roll bar ( construction garbage ). So if you fall, you will not hurt yourself.
