This thow is applied when you are very close to your opponent. Grab his right arm with your left arm by pressing his forearm with your upper arm onto your ribs. Your right arm is on your opponents back. Then hook your right leg around his left leg ( from the inside ). Stay close to your opponent. To apply the throw, lift your leg, lower zour left arm to zour opponents ankle ankle and push him down with your right arm at the sime. Timing, timing, timing.
