Basic Leg Shot - Wushu Rope Dart
This video shows a basic leg shot with a rope dart. Swing the dart forward
down and under your right leg. Catch the rope with your right hand when the
dart swings up on the other side of the leg and then grasp the rope with your
left hand ( between thigh and right hand ). Keep swinging your rope dart and turn
180 degrees to the left. Then swing the dart under your right leg and shoot
it to the left. When the dart flies forward from below your leg, release
open the left hand.
