Clasping Arm Wrist Lock

This lock can be applied when your opponent grabs your chest with his right hand. Put your left hand on his right hand and grasp the outside of his palm ( side of the little finger ). Slide your left arm over his arm / elbow, so that your hand is on your opponents back / waist. Then twist his hand clockwise and push him down at the same time.

Elbow Push - Wrist Lock

This video shows an elbow push - wrist lock. This wrist lock is actually one of the most effective ones and can be applied wen your opponent grasps your right wrist with his left hand or when he grasps your left wrist with his right hand. Actually it only works when he grasps your wrist when your forearm is in front of your body ( not when your arm points away sideways ). First you have to lock his hand on your wrist. Do so by pressing your free hand on his hand and make sure you lock his little finger and his thumb on your wrist. Keep his hand as firm as possible on your wrist. Then put your elbow over his forearm and push him down without letting his hand move. This looks lame on the video, but this movement really twists your opponents wrist and is a very painful experience for him. Be careful when you practice this joint lock with your training partner, because you could injure him seriously if you apply this technique too aggressive.

Shoulder Grab Wrist Twist

This video shows a traditional chinese joint lock, where somebody grabs your shoulder and you twist his wrist by turning his hand to the left and pressing his elbow down. This lock works best when your opponent puts his hand on your left shoulder, but of course you can also try it the other way around. First put your left hand on top of your opponents hand and grab the outside of your palm ( see video ). Then put your right hand on his upper arm ( just above the elbow ). The lock is applied by twisting his hand to the left while pushing his elbow down. This is much more painful than it looks, so don't do this too fast when you first try it on your little brother.

Wrist Slide + Head Lock

This video shows how to apply a wrist slide in combination with a head lock. The wrist slide is used to open your opponents grip on your shoulder. What's important about this technique is that you have to slide your hand down on your opponents forearm as close as possible to his wrist. If you slide your arm down at his elbow, you will not open his grip and the whole movement will be useless. The head lock is just an example of what you could do after the wrist slide.
