Learn how to apply a rolling pull throw. Squeeze your opponents righ arm between your biceps and your trunk and pull him with you ( if necessary with your right arm around his back ). To throw him, move back and down, turn to the left and put right arm over the outside of your opponents lead leg ( see video ). Push your right arm to the right side as you turn to the left and pull his right arm ( the one squeezed between your biceps and your trunk ) with you.
