Sumary: Swing your hands forward before you jump off. Don't sit or lean back when you jump off and don't bend the knee too much. Jump off dynamically. Look down to the floor and try to extend both legs in the air. However, if it feels like you are not gaining enough height, bend your right knee, shortly before you land.
