Bottom Hops - Wushu Whip Chain
This video shows how to do bottom hops with a whip chain ( jiu jie bian ).
Sit down and swing your whip over your head a few times ( from the right side
forward
).
Then
lower
the
chain
and swing it under your legs. To hop over your chain, extend your legs
and push your upper body back at the same time. The smaller and faster this
movement, the better. The flatter your upper body is on the floor, the better.
