In this lesson you will learn how to do a sanda hip wheel grabbing your opponents neck. Put the right arm around your opponents neck and grab his right arm with your upper body and your upper arm / squeeze ( see video ). Step away with your left leg and pull your opponent with you. Lower your stence to make your position more stable. Then turn your upper body to the left so that your opponent basically hangs on your back. Legs slightly bend. Finally pull him over your hip and extend your legs at the same time. ( look to your own feet for a short moment )
