In this lesson you will learn how to do a sanda hip wheel grabbing your opponents back. In chinese; Jia Bei Shuai. Grab your opponents right arm between your biceps and your trunk and put your other arm around his back. Don't let his right arm go. Turn your hip and pull him closer. At the same time lower your stance a little bit ( bend knees a little ). Then pull your opponent forward ( with his arm squeezed between your bices and your trunk ), pull him with your right arm and push your hips up at the same time. Look down to your own feet for a moment. Common mistake: Not squeezing his right arm hard enough. This throw will not work if you let your opponents right arm go.
