Learn how to do a kneeling shuai jiao leg wheel. This throw is very similar to the normal leg wheel, only that you now kneel down. Grab right chest and right sleeve of your oponents uniform and then do a beibu ( beibu = back step = step where you turn your toes away from your opponent ). Then extend your right leg behind the right leg of your opponent and put your knee on the floor. The knee should be very close to your opponents right foot. Finally extend your leg ( this will push your opponents legs away ) and pull / twist him foward down. Make sure you don't raise your chest when you straighten your right leg. Keep holding your opponents uniform until he lies on the ground.
