This video shows how to do a clockwise whirl throw. Grab your oponents neck with your right hand. Then step forward and crouch down under his right shoulder. Your feet should be pretty close to your opponents feet and your hip should be as close as possble to his knees ( upper body almost upright ). Hook your left arm around your opponents right leg ( from around the hamstring ) and stand up ( see video ). Pull yor right hand down and twist your opponent clockwise in the air ( clockwise from your point of view ). Throw him on the mats and don't release his uniform too early.
