This video show the straight wushu stretchkick ( in chinese: zheng ti ). Keep both knees and your elbows fully extended. Spread arms to the sides, fingers point up. When you kick your leg up, flex your ankle and keep your upper body as still as possible. Don't lean back, don't round your back, don't moe your arms forward, don't elevate the heel. Look straight forward and pull the leg down even faster than you kicked it up. for more info check the animated tutorial ( search: wushu zheng ti ). Performed by Song Long Yong.
