The Tan Ti is a wushu kick usually practiced in every warmup routine. This kick is executed at hip height. Raise your knee and then kick with the ankle fully extended and punch at the same time. When you kick the right leg, punch with the left hand and the other way around. Don't elevate the heel of the standing leg and keep your upper body and the standing leg straight and vertically aligned. Look staight foward and kick each leg 4 times. Performed by Lu Peng Cheng from the Song Jiang Wushu School. Coach: Wang Guang Ming ( wushu competition team ).
