Learn how to do a heel-palm-kick ( in chinese: Deng Tui ). The heel-palm-kick is a thrusted wushu kick where you kick with the heel. Extend both knees and keep the heel of the standing leg on the floor. Look straight forward and keep your trunk and your standing leg aligned vertically. Don't lean back, don't round your back.
