This video shows how to do a wushu arm circle ( luan bi ) and an arm circle with floor slap ( luan bi pai di ). When you do an armcircle, keep your arms in one line and extend both elbows. Turn your upper body and your head, but keep your trunk in a vertical line ( don't bend or shift from the right to the left ). When you do the floor slap ( pai di ), stretch your flat stance first.
