This video shows a taiji difficulty, the lotuskick with balance landing on the right leg ( bai tui du li ). This skill is a nandu jump ( difficulty ) for taiji freestyle forms. Before you try this, work on your wushu lotus kick with landing on both legs at the same time. When you first try landing on the right leg, make sure you keep your upper body vertical during the whole technique ( also during the strike-out ) and land on the same spot from where you jumped off.
