This video shows a 360 and a 720 Flying crossleg kick ( teng kong pan tui ). These are ditangquan difficulties and before you try them, you should be able land a proper whirlwind kick. When you first try this, jump onto mats or into a sandpit. The landing is on the right leg ( slips ) and on the forearms. Avoid falling on your hips or elbows. You can find a detailed instruction at wushu-ditang. There are also 540 flying crossleg kicks ( I will post an additional video this month - may 2008 ). 540 Crossleg Kicks are landed differently, but the take-off is the same.
