This taiji difficulty is called "Jue Di Long" and can be used in modern taiji freestlye forms. First do a flying frontkick, land on both legs, do a lotus kick and land like shown in the video. About the name of this skill: I am not quite sure if I got the first word "Jue" right ( it might also be Jie ). However, "Di Long"menas "Floor Dragon".
