In this lesson you will learn how to apply a thumb & little finger lock. This wristlock is very effective when your opponent grabs your right wrist with his right hand. Of course you can make up your own variations.

First open you right fist and lift your hand to chest height. At the same time grab your opponents thumb and his little finger from underneath. Press his fingers against your forearm, so that his hand is locked on your wrist. !!! In the video you can't see how the little finger is locked.

Extend your righ hand and wind your fngers around your opponents forearm. At the same time make sure that his thumb and his hand maintains on your wrist.

Press down and keep your grip firm.
With this wristlock you are twisting your opponents joint in 2 directins at the same time => painful. Please be careful if you try this wristlock with a friend or your little brother.
