Taiji 24 Form

This video shows the taiji 24 form. The 24 form was made up by the international federation of wushu and it is used for competitions. It is the most popular taiji form and its elements are mixed form different styles. However, it can also be considered just a yang style form ( yang shi ) because all the movements in this are very fluent and there are no flashy punches typical for chen style forms.
