This video shows how to do an elbow shot. You have
to wind the rope around your flexed elbow twice, not only once. Turn your upper
body with your arm when you shoot the rope dart. The rope will literally fall
out of your elbow. The dart is usually shot backwards, but you can also shoot
it forward. Before you
