Single Leg Twine Shot- Wushu Rope Dart
This video shows how to do a single leg twine shot. First you swing your rope
dart clockwise around you right leg - catch the rope the right hand and grasp
the middle of the rope with your left hand. Then you turn 180 degrees to the
right and do the same ting the other way around. ( wind the rope counter-clockwise
around your leg and grasp it with your left hand again. Between the two leg
twines you can add any technique. Just make sure you end in the same position
from where you started. The video sample above shows a neck twine. At the
beginning just wind the rope around your leg, wind it back and shoot the dart.
When you shoot the dart, you have to open the left hand, so that the rope can
go.
