One Armed Wushu Whip Chain Hops
This video shows how to do one armed wushu whip chain hops / or / skips. They
are called one armed hops, because one hands maintains on the floor and you
lift your legs and the arm alternately. This technique is similar to the bottom
hops, but a little easier, because you can use your left hand. One armed
whip chain hops are only done lying on the left side. There is no right side
of this skill. Lie down like if you just landed a flying
crossleg kick and
swing your whip chain over your head a few times. Then swing it down towards
your left hand ( which is on the floor ), lift your hand and let the chain
pass under your palm. Then put your hand back down ( this has to happen fast
) and lift both legs for a short moment.
