Double Whip Head Circles - Wushu Shuangbian

This video shows how to do double whip chain head circles ( yang jiao bian ). This is a technique where you swing both whip chains horizontally over your head. Keep your hands close to your head and swing your whip chains from the outside forward ( see video ).
