Double Forearm Wind - Wushu Whip Chain
This video shows how to do a double forearm wind with a wushu whip chain (
jiu jie bian ). Wind your whip twice around your wrist / forearm, then
turn 180° to the left and wind it back down again. Swing your whip as close
as possible to your body stand upright.
