Front Whip Kick - Wushu Whip Chain
This video shows how to do a front whip kick ( in chinese: lao hua deng zhi
). Start with empty circles on the right side and swing your whip chain
under your right shoulder. Lift your left leg, round your left arm in front
of your
upper body and let the last two sections of your whip chain fall on your foot.
Kick the whip back immediately swing it backwards down. Be careful with
the
kick ( you don't want to kick the dart towards your face ).
